This reflects an 11 percent change in sales activity over the previous month, with a combined land value of $4 million for all property and land sold in the state. Allen, Avoyelles, Caddo, Cameron, East Feliciana, Franklin, La Salle, Rapides, Richland, and Saint Landry Parish recorded the most land sales recently in the state.
