As the rain continues to pour at the worksite for the Extreme Barn Raising, we have time to browse LandsofAmerica.com listings for dream properties. This gorgeous property with six miles of river frontage caught our eye and we thought we'd feature it here for our blog followers today. We will keep updating with the status of the land and the Extreme Barn Raising as we get more information. 

The rain has come!  We've been continually checking on the ranch for a week now waiting for the land to dry up.  It's been constant wet weather every single day since a few days before the barn was delivered.  We're not going to complain about that though because the rain is so deperately needed.  Right now it's a blessing for the land, but a curse for construction.

The barn materials have arrived at the ranch from Barn Pros!!  Our LandsofAmerica Buyer can now see the actual wood that this barn is going to be constructed with.  As with any project, a challenge popped up over the weekend at the ranch as there was over an inch of rain that fell.

The barn is on it's way from Washington State!  It's loaded up on 2 semi-trucks and they're headed south.  This delivery of the barn is one of the most important steps of the entire process.
